On Saturday 20 June 2026, the FSJM organised a mathematical training day in preparation for the championship’s international final in Milan.
Around forty qualifiers aged from 8 to 88 came to the École Cantonale de Langue Française in Bern (ECLF) to solve various puzzles devised by seven coaches.
New this year: in small groups, the participants stepped into the shoes of the problem-setters and invented their own problems!
The day ended with a friendly snack under the beautiful Bernese sun. Good luck to everyone for the international final in Italy!
